Stage: Pre-pilot

Status and intended use

This page explains what SimHealth is, what it is not, and how the project is currently positioned and governed.

Current project status

SimHealth is a digital project in a pre-pilot stage. It is presented as exploratory work intended to evaluate feasibility, safety, and usability of supervised digital support concepts.

Important: SimHealth is not currently used as a clinical care tool and should not be interpreted as one.

Medical device and healthcare claims

SimHealth is not presented as a medical device and does not make diagnostic, predictive, or treatment claims. It is designed to complement care discussions and evaluation planning, not replace professional judgment.

Any future changes to regulatory positioning would be assessed separately and communicated explicitly.

Emergency and crisis situations

SimHealth does not provide emergency services, is not monitored in real time, and must never be used as crisis support.

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or use Crisis Resources.

Data, privacy, and governance

The project is built around GDPR-aligned principles, including consent-led collection and data minimisation. Professional questionnaires are designed to avoid patient-identifying information.

Data practices are described in the Privacy notice.

Accountability and transparency

Public communication about SimHealth is intentionally conservative. We do not publish outcomes, effectiveness claims, or impact statements without appropriate evaluation.

This page is provided for transparency for clinicians, researchers, partners, and institutions.
