SimHealth

A clinician-informed, pre-pilot digital project exploring supervised support for gambling-related urges through structured simulated environments.

Designed with explicit safety boundaries, clinical oversight, and a research-first approach.

Project status: SimHealth is in pre-pilot development. It is not a medical device and not an emergency service.

How the project is structured

SimHealth is being shaped as a supervised, clinician-informed system rather than a general consumer tool. The project is intended to combine structured access, simulated environments, and clinical oversight within a carefully bounded pre-pilot framework.

1. Clinician-led

Access is intended to begin within a clinician-led or pilot context, not through unrestricted public use.

2. Patient setup

Patients engage through structured onboarding and a defined framework designed to reflect individual context and support needs.

3. Simulated support

Simulated environments are used to reflect real-world gambling-related triggers within a more controlled and supervised setting.

4. Review & evaluation

Interactions, observations, and patterns may be reviewed within a clinical or research-informed framework during pilot evaluation.
